Under the auspices of our Chefs, our fine dining restaurant is intrinsically French at heart, but the Moroccan culture and market produce is a daily inspiration. The cuisine is refined but simple, acknowledging many of our guests’ desire to retreat and rejuvenate, albeit in sensory luxury. And so the menu features such gourmet dishes as wild seabass tajine with chermoula spices and the spectacular roasted lamb tucked within a Moroccan kefta.
